These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Feedstick (the "Service"), operated by Colorblend Consulting LLC ("Colorblend", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The Service
Feedstick provides a hosted feedback board and a feedback-ingest API that lets you collect and organize feature requests, bug reports, and other product feedback from your users and your own applications. It also provides an MCP server, through which coding agents you authorize can read and triage your board. We may update, improve, or change features of the Service over time.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate sign-in information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. Keep your account credentials and ingest keys secure.
Passes and billing
Feedstick is sold as a Pass: a one-time purchase that grants a fixed window of access (currently one month, three months, or twelve months). A Pass is not a subscription. You pay once, it does not automatically renew, there is no recurring charge, and there is nothing to cancel — when the window ends, the Pass simply lapses. If you want to keep going, you buy another one.
Passes differ only in how long they last; every Pass unlocks the same features. Owning or creating apps requires an active Pass. Being a member of someone else's app does not.
When a Pass lapses, your data is not deleted — the app becomes read-only. Existing boards stay viewable and exportable, but new feedback is no longer ingested and your team cannot write to the board. Buying another Pass restores full access.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, including for an access window you do not fully use. If we change prices, the new price applies to Passes purchased after the change; a Pass you have already bought is unaffected.
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase: your payment transaction (including applicable taxes) is with Polar, and Polar handles your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to breach, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security, including rate limits.
- You are responsible for the content you and your end users submit, and for keeping your ingest keys confidential. Rotate or revoke a key if it is exposed.
- Do not use the Service to violate the privacy or rights of others, or to send unsolicited communications.
- You are responsible for the coding agents you connect and for what they do on your board. Revoke a connection if it is compromised or no longer needed.
Coding agents and MCP connections
You may connect third-party coding agents to your board through our MCP server. A connection is created only when you complete an OAuth approval, and it is limited to the scopes you grant — reading, commenting, and triage (merging duplicates, recategorizing, and changing status). You can revoke a connection at any time from your dashboard.
Actions an authorized agent takes on your board — including comments it posts and triage changes it makes — are treated as your own under these Terms. Authorizing a connection also discloses your feedback data to that client and its AI provider, which are third parties you select and we do not control; your use of them is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for what they do with data you direct us to send them.
Feedback is written by your end users, and text an agent reads may be phrased to manipulate it into taking actions you did not intend. You are responsible for deciding what other tools and permissions an agent connected to your board can reach. See our coding agents documentation.
Your content
You and your end users retain ownership of the feedback and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant Colorblend a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and notices to collect and submit Customer Content, including any personal data it contains.
Where Customer Content includes personal data of your end users, Colorblend processes it on your behalf as described in our Data Processing Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms for customers who require it.
Our intellectual property
Colorblend and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights in the Service are granted to you.
Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Colorblend against third-party claims, and the resulting damages and reasonable costs, to the extent arising from Customer Content, from the personal data you or your end users submit to the Service, or from your breach of these Terms — except to the extent the claim results from Colorblend's own breach of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colorblend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
After your account is closed, we will delete or de-identify Customer Content within a reasonable period (ordinarily within 30 days), except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations. If you want a copy of your data, contact us before closing your account and we will provide an export.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in California, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
